Ramallah, WEST BANK (WAFA) - Today, His Excellency President Yasser Arafat has issued Presidential Decree #8, regarding the Jewish settlers who have illegally stolen our land and have become increasing militarized. In the decree, President Arafat ordered all "settlers, who have come to either the West Bank or Gaza Strip since 1948 to evacuate their houses and return to Israel within seventy two hours from this statement."
Militia from "Brigade Arafat" have been sent to assist the settlers in preparing to move back to Israel. Border crossings into Israel have been opened up and the highways have come under the protection of the Palestinian Army, to make sure that the moving settlers are not attacked by zealous men.
