With its growing population and place within the world, the United Socialist States of Neo Soviet Russia shall establish a government owned military oriented design and production bureau. From here, the next generation of equipment used by the USSNSR armed forces shall come. Construction of R&D laboratories as well production facilities is going on as we speak. Though scientists are already working at new systems and weapons, the government is also looking for offers of technology for a jump start of sorts.
