There is a region in the world that mocks my own region. So i am preparing for war.
In response i am launching 10 more nuclear satelites into orbit each hold 5 nukes. So i have 20 nuclear satelites in orbit.
But these satelites are equiped with a new kind of nuke. I call it the HELLFIRE. It works on the basis of a regular nuke the only difference is it splits 6 atom at once instead of just one. I have done some tests. The blast radius of one of the HELLFIRE nukes is 22 miles.
These will be on the market after my war is done.

It makes no difference really how many atoms are split at the first...anyways, for such a 'powerful' nuclear weapons, 22 miles of blast radius is barely more than modern thermonuclear bombs, which use fusion anyways...oh well.

I just hope you've got the tech to do this and that these Hellfire missiles you speak of aren't the AGM-114s loaded in groups of four on AH-64's.

I request you immediately withdraw those satelite from the exosphere sector, or the aerospace defense of Asiana-Korea will bring them down by force. A satelite armed with several Nuclear arsenal is a direct threat to the global atmospheric current and will be considered as a WMD. Furthermore, you cannot launch a nuclear satelite without the authorization of the UN. We will provide your nation with diplomatical resolution instead of war, if you follow my instructions.

Jarridia, also located in Vampirian's region, will be mobilizing as well. We do not believe in the use of nuclear weapons, but our forces shall be prepared to attack at once. This region who mocks us shall soon feel the wrath if they do not comply!

That will not be accepted, we will provide you with a spot in the upcoming General Assembly in the UN headquarter. If you refuse this, there is no choice but to declare war on your region with the help of my region, Mercia The Next Generation.

I will give you a day to immediately bring down the satelite, and to accept my offer in the general assembly. If you still wish to wage a war against some region you apparantly didn't tell specifically about, Asiana-Korea and MTNG, WILL destroy your main nuclear production and most of your military capabilities.
