OOC: The Anti-Terror Army has told me he is leaving NS for a while and has placed ATA in my care while he's gone...therefore, I'll 'take over' his nation for the moment. The government when he returns will be a new, better government.

As for what I'll do with ATA? Sign in once every sixty days at least after putting it on vacation mode to keep it from dying.


IC:

In an outgrowth of the downed ZF-43 prototype crisis, tensions between the Anti-Terror Army and Zoogiedom have reached breaking points. The logistical infrastructure of the Army's military has completely deteriorated, and order is fast turning to chaos in the country as the government struggles to control its people.

While on a motorcade, the executive branch of the Anti-Terror government has been assasinated - President, Vice President, his wife, the Speaker of House, and top Military Executives - when much of their motorcade literally exploded. Such is the lawlessness of the land.

The new interim head of state is desperate for order in the country. Rival factions are tearing apart at the country's military, stealing supplies, and the military - those deployed overseas - are fairly free to run amok, though they won't do that.

The new interim head has asked Zoogiedom to step in and restore order. Units of Zoogiedom's military has moved into ATA amidst cheering crowds of people, although, the rival factions aren't too happy about it. The ATA military has been placed under control of General Richard Dean, in the absence of ATA's former military executives.

In the next few years Zoogiedom will focus on law and order, and rebuilding the country's infrastructure and military. We will also crack down on crime and corruption, producing a better democratic system than the one we knew earlier. A primary concern as the moment is the rebuilding of the city Higaly.

The ATA military is co-operating fully with The Zoogie People.

Eventually, the government will be handed back to the people.

OOC - I suppose you could do that...I certainly wouldn't mind (Zoogie) some help.

This is also to confirm that indeed I (Zoogie) have indeed been handed ATA to my care for the moment.

I suppose also that we could turn this into an RP of sorts...although mind you, this is just meant to fix up the country and its government.

ATA no longer seeks to join the NNA as it is in the process of being rebuilt. Its new government will be vastly improved and reformed, although it is a long process, like Iraq.

Higaly International Airport has been militarized and houses two flights of F-22s as well as a host of helicopters and other military aircraft in addition to civilian aircraft, and the army maintains constant presence in and around it. It is one of our primary priorities. Rest assured that you will not face opposition...

OOC: This is the real ATA. I will still be using this nation, but I will be inactive due to some 'grades' at school. I am still ATA... I will still go on forums, but not as much.. I am leaving Zoogie in control.

Bump for all those who hate ATA's former government...just lettingyou know, they're dead.

The Doujin Government has decided to donate 2 Thunder Classes to certain parties. One being the Anti-Terror Army as a Flagship for their Navy, now that they are under a new government, and one to The Zoogie People (for doing this for ATA).

We should completely disband ATA's Armed Forces, that way once ATA returns and goes on a killing spree, (it sounds like he will be gone a long time, ATA usually goes to war every thirty days, by the time he gets back he will be ready to start world war whatever number we are on). We should use this opportunity to permanently limit the power of ATA.

HOWEVER, we are willing to sell the territory back to ATA since it is now under the guidance of a much wiser power. We cant simply GIVE it back, that would be bad form, mostly because we invested quite a bit into rebuilding, pacification, and other things (Coughhiddenbioweaponlabcough(no, not really)).

OOC: Yeah, we were going to negotiate it back, but ATA signed off and never came on again.

DGNT has a total of 3.4 billion invested in the city, as well as payments of G1,500,000 to uninsured persons. A total of 5 billion to make up for moving our forces out.

DGNT has a total of 3.2 billion invested in the city, as well as the $1,400,000 payed in reparations. A total of five billion dollars should cover all the expenses.
