Amidst the reconstruction of Resi City after a brutal monster attack, an idea was proposed to take this as an opportunity to build orbital space stations to house some of the newly homeless, thus making Resi City smaller and more managable. This idea has long sense passed with little notice, but this has raised a new issue: How can the corporation easily and efficently create a spaceship that is capible of traveling between planets and, if need be, between galaxies? Space stations won't hold excess population for long, so new planets or moons must be colonised to make way for population growth and the expansion of the corporation. Therefore, Resian authorities have asked outside contracters and governments ((OOC: That means you)) to design the next age in galactic transport and/or space battle vehicles. As Resi is already very skilled in making mechs, designs of machines with legs and/or arms will not be accepted.

...This just in, Resian, authorities have released how much they are willing to pay for the best ships of certain designs. The prices are as follows:
Space Fighter: $2 billion
Space Bomber: $2.5 billion
Transport Vessel: $2 billion
Small Battleship: $5 billion
Medium Battleship: $10 billion
Large Battleship: $25 billion
Flagship: $100 billion
Colony: $100 billion

Now, there is a slight problem about your budget. Most nations starships are worth a lot more than what you are offering to pay. The most powerful warship in my storefront is $40 billion, and its the standard ship of the line in my navy. Then theres nations like Taka, his flagship is way over a trillion dollars in value. Your nation, from what I understand, is practically the epitome of capitalism. We are in posession of awormhole that leads from Zarahemla to a corew world in Andromeda, or closest neighboring galaxy. We recently completed construction on a gate system that connects Zara to Earth.

A ship could travel from Earth to Andromeda in less than 30 minutes.
