For years and years, generations and generations, the Bisonic people and the Grunge-French people have been living trying to destroy each other: The Grunge-French interests have clashed so many times with the Bisonic interests, and the lack of prudence of past bisonic and grunge-french leaders have caused so many times a state of being close to the edge of a war.

The only time we get rest from eahc other is when The Grunge-French government has decided to stay away from the International Issues due to local problems and social needs.

Minor nations being invaded, Galdania, the now non-existant Drum Gods... these are all the situations that have caused problems in our relation, to the point that, so far right now, The Humanist Republic of Grunge-France has never recognised the Bisonic governments as eqquals, and therefore, not recognising it as a nation.

Times have changed, governments too, and a mature attitude is to realise that we have grown so much, and we have gone through so much, that we cannot destroy each other, in other words: any conflict that might appear between The Bisons and Grunge-France will only be a waste of lifes, money and time, because we cannot defeat each other, and no winner will emerge from such a war.

It is time for us to settle down all our problems, and to stablish a document that will make the peace, adn if possible, our partnership, to endure through the ages.

Monsieur R. Karinsky, Spokesman of General Alphonsé Gallé, President of the Humanist Republic of Grunge-France, will represent Grunge-France: he is already in Etageliux, a port city of Grunge-France: The Bisonic Government already has received the possitive answer from the Bisonic government regarding their interest to settle down this, and we are waiting for the arrival of the bisonic envoyee.

As soon as he arrives, we will declare what we propose: However, we will appreciate if the Bisonic envoyee has an idea to stop our quarrels once and for all.

Monsieur Richard Karinsky, Spokesman of the President of the Humanist Republic of Grunge-France and representativa at the Conference of Etagelieux.

Iron Blood will send its foreign minister, Sergei Mrotsky, to the talks, in an attempt to end the Grunge-French - Bisonic feud. He will arrive by a modified KR-860 airliner.

At the Etagelieux International Airport, for the first time in the Grunge-French history, an airplane with the Bisonic flag has arrived to Grunge-French territory: General Alphonsé Gallé, President of the nation, has been the first one welcoming the bisonic envoyee, Mr. Mrotsky, in the middle of a strict vigilance operative.

After that, General Gallé excused himself from not being able to assist to the Conference, and Monsieur Richard Karinsky, his spokesman, takes charge of the commitive that is heading towards the Conference planned to be held at the "Kham Auditorium".

The Bisonic diplomats directed by Mr. Mrotsky arrive, after a short 5 minutes trip in limousine to the Auditorium, a few seconds later, the second limousine, the one who has the Grunge-French diplomats directed by Monsieur Karinsky arrives: they entered into the Auditorium, which has, just as the airport, strict vigilance.

It comes to my mind that the best solution for this is having certain common interest, just as the ones from the first Pact: To begging with this, I offer you to stablish an embassy at our capital, Mistral City, and to recognise The Bisonic government as an eqqual, to stop years and years of dissrespect from the Grunge-French government while making deals and talks with you".

6)In the case war cannot be avoided between a Grunge-French ally or Grunge-France itself against an Iron Blood ally (or viceversa, Iron Blood or an ally of him against a Grunge-French ally) Grunge-France and Iron Blood will try not to interfeer: if this cannot be avoided, The help from each nation will be limited to the defensive possitions: for example, if Grunge-France engages in war against Belem, Iron Blood can send forces and anything he wants to avoid Belem being invaded. If Iron Blood engages in war against Pantera, Grunge-Fran can send forces and anything it wants to avoid Pantera being invaded.


7)In case of clash of interests between Grunge-France and Iron Blood, The diplomatic means and negotiations shall be the first and only solution: war will be a failure for both nations.


8)In case Grunge-France and Iron Blood failed to be sensible and lowered themselves to a state of war, the objetives of such war shall be the ones from the negotiations, in other ways: if Iron Blood is fighting for some island Grunge-France could have claimed as hers, and th eengotiatinos didn´t show up who was the real owner, the only objetive of Iron Blood shall be to retake the island, and nothing more.


9)In any case of war between Grunge-France and Iron Blood, biological weapons are banned, nuclear weapons are banned and targeting civilian structures on purpose is banned.


10)In case of war between Grunge-France and Iron Blood, diplomatic means and negotiation channels shall be opened always, and a negative to negotiate from any party is not allowed.

Now you will tell us what do you want in exchange.

2) We want that the Grunge-French companies stablishing in your territory will pay a global -4% of taxes to your government due to the concepts of salaries, social security and other concepts your nation takes into account: we offer the same treat to your companies.

3) The creation of the "GIFB Monetary Foundation" (name that used the four capital letter from Grunge-France and Iron Blood) with an initial capital of 500 million dollars from Grunge-France and the same from Iron Blood, so as to get a total of 1 billion dollars: this Insititution will have as its mission to save from bankrupt companies in both Grunge-France and Iron Blood, also, to stablish companies in other nations with a 50%GF participation and 50%IB participation. The Institution will get its own revenue from interests and operations around the world.

And as suddenly as it started the problems among the bisonic-grungefrench, the problems ended: with embassies in each others´nations (OOC.: To spend less time, let´s assume we already have them) and the beggining of economic relations, the Bisonic-GrungeFrench societies have decided to leave behind all the differences, for the sake of the progress of their nations.
