International announcement:
"Today, at 1000 hrs, Vexia has annexed the Nechenya Valley, currently unclaimed by any nation, and we now add it to our own total landmass.
The Nechenya Valley is Six miles west of current Vexian Borders, and we intend to extend our borders to encompass the valley.
The Valley is currently inhabited by only 2,000 peasents, who will be disposed of shortly.
The Reason for this Annexment is because our population is getting to big for its borders, and rather thna cut down our lovely forests to make way for housing estates, we have decided to claim a nearby neutral valley as our own.
To reinforce our claim, two Infantry Divisons and one Armoured Divison from the 5th Army have moved into the region.
We hope that the takeover will go smoothly and unchallenged."
