~The Credonia War negotiations, will be starting momentarily~

2 diplomats from each involved nation are invited to come. Each nation may also send up to four armed guards.

But each guard may not bring - explosives, any type of grenade or small explosive, or any type of rocket launcher.

The meeting will be held at the Keyshona Diplomatic Centre in the capital city of Wumbo.

During the negotitions Keyshona DSS agents (Diplomatic Security Service) will be in the Centre and on the outside of it 24 hours a day. The Wumbo City Police will also be watching out.

We will send two delegates, General Minsc and experienced Diplomat Andrea Nique. Accompanying each of them will be 3 body guards. (2 elite troopers each, and one Psionic warfare specialist each.) Hopefully, we won't need them, but you can never be too safe.

IC: All delegates so far have gained access to Keyshona and will be picked up at the Wumbo International Airport by a small motorcade of Wumbo Police and a large Bullet proof limo.

The Allanea sends a diplomatic envoy and 6 Ted Nugent Warbikers.

Motorcades have been sent and are awaitng delegates at airport.

Minsc and Andrea entered the motorcade and sped off to the meeting place.

A black BMW slowly pulls upto the foot of the stairs, and two men get out. They wear normal business suites, but carry AVU-96 assault rifles. Another man steps out also in a business suit, but it looks alot more expensive. The three men walk up the stairs to the door. The delegate moved over to the guard.
"This is the delegation from Artitsa. We were not in direct conflict, but we are about to destroy holy panooly. So I think it would be best if were here. My name is Jonathan Urlacker."

*The president , Keenan Kunst, walks out of the building and greets the Artitsa delegate.*

"Hello, Glad to have an ally here! Come this way"

"Is the NJA recently active? We had to just defend Isreal from some Neo Nazi Anti-Semitist. Too bad we had to glass him. Oh well, we have teams already in his nation cleaning up the mess. So how has Keyshona been?"

"Ah, Keyshona has been tranquil and peaceful and it really sucks! Oh the NJA is dead but I'm planning to revive it. Would you be interested?"

"Ladies and Gentleman, your attention please! Keyshona Delegate, Harry Winchester will now be taking the floor."

"Good Day, we are hear to discuss the Credonia conflict. We, here have decided to try and find an alternative route to a resolution. We ahve decided to avoid the Catch-22 of war for peace and go right to the peace. The nations represented here have made, what I bleieve to be the intelligent choice. Now, the glorious nation of Keyshona does not think you afraid for not fighting and no one should. Because it takes courage just to try and take on such an endevour as achieving peace throught understaniding and communication. We are here to talk, argue, debate and shout. And I now announce the loor open for discussion!"

General Minsc stood up. "The Anti-Credonian coalition has but one goal. We want Credonia to cease their imperialistic policy of bullying smaller nations under the guise of a 'war on terror.'"

Andrea poked Minsc "General, you are getting off topic again, this conference is supposed to be regarding peace in Aust, not the coalition's goals."

Minsc replied "Aust is our ally, and thus we are bound by honor to help defend them. We ask all nations to remove their military forces from Aust as a sign of goodwill."

"Minsc, let me handle this" Andrea said. "Honorable Mister Urlacker, the Anti-Credonian coalition does not seek to harm the Credonian people, nor annex Credonian territory. Perhaps a more proper name for the Coalition would be "Anti-Credonian imperialism coalition" We merely seek to have Credonia ease their imperialist policies. We ask that Credonia stops bullying smaller nations under the Credonian 'War against terrorism.' If that were to happen, the coalition would dissolve. We do not wish to harm innocents, and we hope you do not either."

"I for one do not beleive in fighting simply for expansion, but a las this nation is bound to its allies. This is crazy, and I call for a temporary cease-fire for the duration of these talks. There is no point in wasting ammuntition, resources and fuel if we do eventually reach a peaceful resolution."

Andrea stood up again, "Honorable Artitsa delegate, I was not refering just to the current situation in Aust. I was refering to the numerous other acts as well. Especially the invasion of the HLF and Cuddlebugs (OOC: Or was it cuttlebugs? I can hardly remember now. :)) But even in Aust, Credonia did not need to send military forces to the Aust Capital. Credonia could have tried diplomatic means, or could have tried covert means such as assasination or the use of special operations soldiers. Those actions would have resulted in much less loss of civilian life, and would have helped to deflate the growing image of Imperialism that Credonia seems to be painting." She sat down again.

Nearly an hour late for the conference, a damaged 707 shuddered into the Wumbo International airport.
The portside wing showed fire damage, the plane's approach was "Emergency" altitude, and while the gear deployed, and the plane touched down, it was leaving pieces behind it.

Someone blew the crap out of that aircaft.

Ground crews could see holes punched in the sides, several of the doors were missing, along with the number three engine.

The remaining aircrew were unloading a stretcher as the emergency crews arrived.

"That- was our Secretary of State." a small woman in dark glasses said, and extended the hand not fastened to a briefcase. "Mai Rei Cho, Special Assistant to the SecState of Nuevo Kowloon. We're here for the Peace talks... and I have absolutely no idea who shot at us. He needs a hospital, and I need a ride to the site of the talks."

Urlacker continues...
"We demand that ALL nations cease hostilties immediatly, including Credonia. Both sides need to immediatly stop their fighting while the peace talks are in progress."

A vote will now be held: All those in favor of a cease-fire during the talks say aye.

*Mr. Winchester stands.*

"Now, even Keyshona can see the error of Credonia. War for more land is sensless. But the fact of the matter is none of us are going to turn on our allies. So I say AYE!!!!"

Minsc stood up; "Aye. If it removes hostile forces from Aust, then we are all for it. Then, we can get on with negotaiting a reduction in the invasiveness of Credonian foreign policy."

Renald Olfman runs up the steps, and bursts into the room, "Hello, my name is Renald Olfman. I will be representing the Republic of Austar Union in these talks."

He sits down,
"I apoligise if i am interrupting, but I think i should be here, considering that I am probably one of Credonia's closest and I am of reasonable power. Now, as for the topic of agenda, exactly what does this coalition want? If they wish to curb the Credonian policies, then I am willing to negotiate, on behalf of the Republic of course. If all you seek is the destruction of Credonia, then I will leave."

Without waiting for an answer he continues,
"Now, I agree on the matter that perhaps Credonia is becoming a bit too aggressive. In fact, I encourage him to tone things down a bit. But at the same time, I blame this coalition for the fact that it may also be due to the pressures you place on him. Perhaps he is simply becoming frustrated, and needs a holiday.

So here is what I propose. Your coalition ceases all hostilities with Credonia, and allow him to take a vacation. If his aggressiveness is not curbed after his holiday, we may continue these talks."

He stops talking, taking a sip of water...

"...thank you. I would expect that I won't be allowed in, but the other Delegates need to be informed, it is, at the very least, polite." Mai Rei Cho said to the Soldier outside the meeting site.
He just shrugged, "Not my problem, ma'am-I'll buzz you in, just wait here."

Mai sat down on the bench, and marvelled at the efficiency of the Keyshonian security personnel, as they handled her identity and travel documents.

"You're late, you know... hell of an excuse." The Security man said to her.

She nodded, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, sir, and I will probably be apologizing for Secretary Gritz' condition..." her voice trailed off.
"You've been buzzed in, ma'am-sorry for the delay... and I hope your boss pulls through." the Security officer said.
She sighed, "So do I, I was supposed to take notes and play bodyguard, not come in as the actual Delegate, I hope I'm not too late."
He waved her through the door, and she entered the building.

"...So here is what I propose. Your coalition ceases all hostilities with Credonia, and allow him to take a vacation. If his aggressiveness is not curbed after his holiday, we may continue these talks." a Blustery man was speaking as she entered the room, looked for a place to sit, and walked around the table.
He was using one of the seats reserved for Nuevo Kowloon.

"I Apologize for being so Late, Gentlemen-we had an... incident. Secretary Gritz is being treated for severe shrapnel injury." She announced quietly, taking the other empty seat.
"I am Mai Rei Cho, Special Assistant to the Secretary of State for the Dominion of Nuevo Kowloon. I have brought several pieces of evidence, things for you all to consider before making a final decision regarding the Aust situation. We would also like to express our support for any Cease-Fire initiatives proposed here. Our Fleets have been withdrawn to the 250 mile zone off of the Antarctican coast."
She levelled a whithering gaze at the Gentleman from Austar Union.

"I presume, sir, that you are capable of reading?" she asked-pointing at the placard in front of his seat. She smiled at him, a gesture that somehow managed to translate badly, since her eyes were covered in heavily tinted lenses. "Since we likely will not need the second chair, I would be pleased to let you have it-provided our hosts and fellow delegates are agreeable."

her tone was buttermilk-light, but the way she cracked her knuckles translated a silent, chained, menace-like a Mother who is about to upbraid an unruly child, held back only by the presence of witnesses.

[ooc- Mai-Rei Cho has the "Mom-Tone" down pat, she's practiced it on her sister's kids for more than ten years, and on trainee Soldiers for more than fifteen. She was appointed because of demonstrated abilities as a linguist, and because she looks as harmless in a ladies' cut suit as one can look.]

P. Bertrude: "I think we have to summon up whatever allies we have and launch a huge strike against the capital. I hate to kill my own people but the only way for us to win is to get the Emporer safe, he is the only one who can get Palpatine out of office. The battle of Commandos is over the battle for Aust is about to begin."

A. Ngo: "I see... What about your other relatives, this kind of war isn't just won with guns-can you get your other cousins that are out of the country to back this play Publicly? Do you have a plan in place if this scumbag manages to Ace your Emperor? If it's broken into open war, then we can assume that best-case scenarios aren't going to be the case."

Amanda paused, thinking, "we need to start a propoganda offensive, otherwise Austian Patriots who lack information will die needlessly."

P. Bertrude (After another pause):""I shall contact my relatives and get them to make a stand give me a bit of time to write up a statement."

A. Ngo (testily):"Hurry, Anti-Involvement sentiment is growing exponentially here, and we've already sacrificed a lot of our national credibility to buy you time, Princess. If you won't stand for your nation, we can not do it for you. I'll do what I can to cool things off-If we're incredibly lucky, your Cousin John is still alive, and we can find a way to force this man Palpatine to turn him over. But... She flipped to the next page. "Page Seven. Nice photo, isn't it? One of our people got into the Credonian Embassy after it was visited by ASS teams. It's one thing to drop a bomb on someone, it's another entirely to bayonet a child. The red isn't paint, the bodies aren't dummies. Our Embassy in Aust was also able to obtain this-if you want the tape, I can run it for you, I don't think CNN or NBC has it on file, but I could be wrong. That's an Airliner, and yes, it's exploding. I believe it belongs to a nation called "Elves Security Forces", I don't know anything about them, other than what our attache's got out before we lost all contact with our remaining, non-evacuated, embassy personnel in Aust. We're fairly certain they're dead now, although that assumption could be in error."

"Now, as to Credonia..." she eyed the other Delegations. "I'll repeat what was said two days ago by our Chancellor, and by my boss, the Secretary. We're not allied with them at this time, but we'd sure appreciate it if those of you with grievances against them would wait until after this mess inside Aust is resolved and this Palpatine Person brought to Justice. We would find it most preferable if you could put your enmity aside for the duration of this particular conflict-perhaps by working with them, you might gain some influence over their actions, or at the very least, some insight that can assist you should you choose, afterwards, to go ahead and fight them. A Detente state can also help those of you harmed by Credonian actions, to rebuild some of what you've lost."

she folded her arms, hopped back down, and took her seat. "Credonia screwed up, but you don't have to make their mistake your own."

"How in the hell did Credonia screw up? They attacked our embassy FIRST. We already had forces in the area containing the rebels there WITH austian forces. We began pulling troops out once HP declared war, and then we were asked to help free the young emperor AFTER Aust massacred our people. How the hell is this a screw up on Credonias part. This is perposterous. This is all just a ploy to try to bring down credonia and discredit the empire.. Now, Emperor Sutton many weeks before gave a speech to the international community, pledging to DECREASE activities and sort of, isolate Credonia from the rest of the international community so that things would dye down and cooler heads would prevail. His plan was to stop meddling, and once cooler heads prevailed, he would engage in peace talks with all foreign aggressors.
