Depending on the size of a military base you want to build NV is selling some real estate for other nations to build Bases in our territory.

1 Sq. Mile=100,000
1.5 Sq. Mile=150,000
2 Sq Miles=200,000
and so on and so forth

I would like to build one base that is 10 sq. miles!


How much would it cost?

okay, but heres the different terrains where you may built your bases NOWHERE NEAR ANY CITIES OR SUPERWEAPONS YA HEAR!!!!

Naval base(by the sea duh)=additional money required to build per sq mile =5,000 USD per sq. Mile

Mountain additional money req.= $50,000 per sq. m.
Plains & grassland=$500 per sq. m.
Canyons, valleys, and ridges=$75,000 per sq. m.
Tundra=$1,000 per sq. m.
underwater=$7,500 per sq. m.

okay homer you obviuosly cant afford such a large base .

As for me Ill take
35 square miles of naval base by the sea and
20 square miles underwater
