Greetings Leaders and Ruling Parties of all Nations,
I am Executor Edmund Dantes, Ruler of the Imperial Republic of Tersanctus. What I lay before you today is a golden oppurtunity for the proven and successful nation. For those who have stood before their enemies and lived too tell the tale, this alliance is for you. For those of you who have sought too bring a higher standard of living to your people, this alliance is for you.
I propose ICEP, the Imperialist Coaliton of Economic Powers.
This alliance shall be concieved in the concept of increasing economic and Military power in this world.
I submit, that an Imperialist alliance, based for the common good of Economic Strength and Military Power, will leave an Indeliable mark in this world, that shall not fade.
Membership Requirements
* Economy of at least "Powerhouse"
* Population of at least 200 Million
* Reputable RP Record
* Must Favor Imperialist Actions
Otherwise, all forms and types of Governments are welcome to apply for Membership. Together we will pledge Mutual Defense, and Increase trading routes that will open Trillions of Dollars in Revenue to those nations involved. Be privy however, that you must be ready to defend said trade routes. Members will be allowed to operate in Soveriegnity with little too fear from outside influence, the State shall lead the state.
