Today on Nation Wide News, Jant Darvus declared a state of war readiness. It was stated that Imperial Brits, a large nation under the control of an apparent tyrant, has threatened nations with biological weaponry, saying it will use a new strain of smallpox in their weapons. It has been stated that due to this, Rinceweed, and other nations around the world, will stand against this common foe.

It is believed that envoys are being sent out to other nations caught in this conflict, in an attempt to co-ordinate the possible offensive against these, as they have been called numerous times for their treatement of their people, terrorists.

The first wave of 30 B-52H Stratofortress Strategic Bombers takes off from Anson AFB in Aequatio to strike at military targets within Imperial Brits, including Army Barracks, Airfields and Naval Yards.

imperial brits has suffered an unprovoked attack from british communists in light of this the royal bomber squadrons 1, 2 ,8,17 and the 25th air infantry have carried out a night time attack on british communists border towns their objective to kill and burn everything in there path including civilians.

king dan does not like taking these harsh meaures but because of the bombing raid on the capital where 2000 civilians were killed 2 military compounds destroyed and power for the capital severed for 2 hours imprial brits has no option to retaliate.

it is believed that because of the night time raid 8000 civilians have been made homeless but thanks to king dans decision to ban all civilain moter vehicles emergancy services were able to deploy quickly and prevent large scale damage from fires

In light of the attack on our own towns, where civilians were targeted, we have decided to respond with force. 50 B-52's dropped thousands upon thousands of bombs upon your capital, reducing many buildings to craters. Minutes later, 50 cruises missles fell onto the city, believing to have destroyed more buildings. 10 high explosive ICBM's were then fired as a last attack for the night. In the morning, many buildings would not be there.

I am deploying 1st and 2nd infantry divisions, armed with sa-80's and light s.a.m's to guard communist Britains borders. Special forces shall take up positions nearby all important defensive structures in order to neutralize them-if you will not stand down.

Outraged at this attack on defenceless civilians, the Caxan battlegroup of submarines moves to within range of Imperial Brits coast. Coastal defences are subjected to a short but intense barrage of shells. Before an effective retaliation barrage can be launched, the battlegroup dives and retreats to a safe distance.
OOC: Chasing the subs with a large enough force would be a stupid waste of resources when you have a much larger threat to consider. It would be better to leave them.

For the negotiations to begin, will all nations please withdraw direct military involvement from each other's soil. Once this is accomplished we can begin the peace negotiations.

Carrier Strike Group A and its battleship escort pull into an Imperial Brits port city harbour. Navy destroyers and frigates rush civilian craft out of the harbour to make room for the larger warships to dock, they are told to head for another harbour or the open sea. Transports begin to unload infantry and vehicles onto the dock yards, the forces are quickly organized and prepare to move out.

1st Brigade will remain at the harbour to provide security for Aequatian Forces. 2nd and 3rd Brigade will move to the capital to restore order, troops have been issued with their normal weaponry, but will not fire unless it is absolutely necessary. I am under the authority of the Coalition, not of Imperial Brits. We have chosen to be the police force behind the interim government until Imperial Brits becomes sovereign again. We feel that only having one brigade within the capital is not enough to enforce order, both the second and third brigades will stay.

I am here at the Marines landing zone in Imperial Brits, where we have just received word that an Imperial Brits national wielding a knife has attacked a squad of Marines here. The man apparently rushed out of an alleyway and stabbed a young private in the side, where his body armour is the thinnest, the attacker was then shot by the other soldiers and their wounded comrade was quickly rushed to the medical station here aboard the hospital ship, Artemis.

The private is now in stable condition as doctors have placed him under sedation after treating his wounds. This incident will only make the placement of the Marines here in Imperial Brits a little more complicated.

We have all the proof we need to show that Imperial Brits citizens are violent and still under the influence of the corrupt Emperor Dan. The man's wallet was on the body once it was collected from the streets, after identifying the man through the local authorities, the attacker was an Imperial Brits citizen.

We request that Emperor Dan be removed completely from Imperial Brits politics and live a private life as a normal citizen and let the interim government do its job.
