"....and now, news of a revolt in the small colony of Strazneik has come in. It seems that the army division stationed there has taken upon itself to proclaim a new democratic republic. We at VNNNN do not support in any way anti-government activities, and urge the leaders of this rebellion to put down their weapons before the Most Serene Republic decides to send in an army to put down the uprising...."
"You hear that, sir?"
"The radio broadcast?"
"Yes sir. It seems that the government has already responded to our planes to secede, with this broadcast from its lackey, VNNNN."
"And? This is what we expected. I think we should prepare the brigades for an attack from this so called 'Republic'. Our people should be free. See if you can recruit any civilians to join our cause."
"Certainly, sir..."

"Well Governor, your mismanagement of Strazneik has managed to get us a revolt. Are you satisfied?"
"My sincerest apologies, General. I had no idea that Major-General Paulus harboured such anti-government tendencies, nor that he had any real love of Strazneik itself. I assumed he viewed it the same as I did, a boring post, in a boring colony. It appears I was wrong."
"It does indeed, Governor. The President of the Most Serene Republic is very displeased by what you have done. He feels perhaps you should not get another post. Perhaps you should be relegated to service in, what do they call it? The Gulag? I doubt that would be very fun, Governor."
"Please General, give me another chance! Allow me to lead an army against these petty rebels, there is only a small number of them. If I can take back Strazneik, then surely this mistake would be attoned for?"
"Perhaps, Governor..."

"I hear we're getting shipped out, to Strazneik."
"Strazneik? I thought there was a division posted in Strazneik. What do they need us for?"
"Apparently some fool of a general, this Paulus bloke, has decided to rebel against the benevolent rule of the Most Serene Republic."
"Crap. I don't want to have to die over some worthless colony, thats sole purpose is to provide us with Coffee."
"I know. But if the Government didn't surpress this revolt, then some other smart-arse general would get it into his head that he could just abandon the safety of the Most Serene Republic. Then we'd be in trouble."
"Perhaps. They could still send in someone else, though. What about the Airborne Corps?"
"It seems they're off all over the place, fighting in International incidents, and the like. We're the best of the rest, so in we go."
"I guess thats that, then. Best go say goodbye to the family."
"No time. We have to be ready in 6 hours...."
ooc: Basically, there is a small colony of the Volga called Strazneik, which has been misgoverned by the local Governor, and thus, the garrison, made up mainly of local troops, has rebelled under the control of Major-General Paulus. Feel free to support the rebels (I am a harsh dictatorship, after all), although, please don't send in more than perhaps a brigade of soldiers. If you support me, just say so, but don't actually send in troops, except perhaps bombers.
