It has been observed that the World in which we live in is not a safe place anymore because of the growing threat of Terrorism, Ethnic Violence and Religious Fundamentalism and Extremism. It has also been observed that the majority of the UN members do not adhere to the voted Resolutions passed by the UN.

In this era of World History where nothing is safe and constant, the Global Carpathian Federation believes that the United Nation should have a United Force which would be able to enforce Resolutions and protect its members from renegade and violent forces. The absence of this FORCE has led to instability in the UN.

Therefore, guided by the Principle of Global Unity and Sovereignity, we propose the Creation of the United Nation Armed Forces, which would serve as the Grand Armyagainst threats to UN Stability and Peace.

This Resolution calls for all members of the United Nation to give to the United Nations 10% of all their Military Property and Resources.

Since it is imperative limits to the power and jurisdiction of the United Nations Armed Forces (UNAF) be set, this Resolution also calls for the Creation of the UNAF Grand Tribunal which will be composed of 15 elected UN members which would serve as Chancellors for 3 months (in NS month). The Tribunal will be headed by the High Chancellor which would be elected by the Chancellors and would also serve for 3 months. If approved, election of the members of the UN Grand Tribunal will be held immediately. (We will use the FORUM for this)

The Laws governing the Employment and Deployment of the UN Grand Army will be drafted after the enactment of this Resolution.

The People's Republic of Omni Bee scorns such violations of national soverignty. You will find that many nations will not just "donate" their people and in essence pieces of their country and culture to the United Nations when they can wage a war on an imaginary being of terrorism on their own. The People's Republic of Omni Bee does not condone terrorism.

I think that doing this will not stop all the problems that we have right now in our world, because this new organization will change to a corrupt one (just like the others).

The creation of a new pacifist organization won´t solve any problem, the way to solve the problems (I think) is beginning to respect ourselves first and then our neighbors... everybody, but the real problem is that political and economic interests are the base of human relations...

If we started to tolerate the others maybe we would be better.

The Global Carpathian Federation, just like you fellow Comrades, also respects and values National Sovereignity. That is why we placed constraints on the power and jurisdiction of the United Nation Grand Army. For example, if a UN members deem necessary the invasion of a sovereign nation for humanitarian intervention, this nation must propose a resolution to the Grand Tribunal. This proposal must get 2/3 or 10 votes from the 15 member tribunal before this resolution is adopted. Also, the UNSC has the power to veto the adopted resolution of the Tribunal if it see that it is lacking in substance.

If this bill is passed, the UN will never use it's army in a major conflict. All of the big terrorist cells would be to smart to go head strong against the UN United Army. They will do what the terrorist do in Iraq, run, hide, hit, run, hide, hit. Terrorism will never stop, instead, it will grow, all small terrorist cells would be frightened into making alliances with other terrorist cells.

I do not support terrorism in any way.
