A CCCP Channel 5 News bulliten cuts in showing a rather ominus looking news team sitting behind their desk, "Ladies and gentlemen of Hutu I bring you the sad sad news of this morning's tragedy. Just 3 months after the death of his father, Vassily Isosef Taratin VII, the 9th leader of our grand nation and the 5th leader of the glorious Hutuian Federation. Ever since Vassily began his rule of Hutu, we have endured a great time of peace and prosperity, with a cut back in war-time manufacturing and large growth of a Socio-capitalist system where all have gained great wealth. Now on this sad day with Vassily VII dead at the age of 72 all of the Federation weaps."

The reported pauses for a moment and the screen cuts to images of the Taratin family over the years.

"We now come to the end of a legacy and find ourselves in the midst of a new begining, as the Premier had no wife, no children and now living relatives, we have just found out that he did have several mistresses. However as many of them are not formally educated they are uneligable. Yet there is hope as it seems one rather boxxum mistress of his was formally educated at the College of Hutu in Sobakagrad, so now in this dark time a new leader has stepped foreward, 19, female and not of the Taratin family, she sets records as the first female premier, the youngest premier, and the first premier not of the Taratin family."

The camera shows a picture of the rather "shapely" new Premier and then shows the anchor man again.

"So now, comrades, our new Premier, Premier Tatiana Pvagorod-Taratin, as she has decided to keep the Taratin name as to keep the Premiership as holy as it has been, along with continuing Premier Taratin VII's policy. Goodnight comrades of the federation, may Taratin look over us and guide us in the years to come."

Sobakagrad - Kremlin Palace

Just as the new "Premier" thinks she has fooled over billions of people in the Federation, a group of Hutuian Socialist Party loyalists gather outside the palace gates and protest the new leader. Also in the shaddows of the crowded city of 30+ Million citizens the loyal Sobakagrad Militia, that was formed after military spending cuts, gathers waiting. The revolutionary forces are led by a feircely loyal general by the name of Mikhial Kafekh, decendant of the great Admiral Kafekh. Also joining the revolution force is another name now prolefic in Hutuian history, Muqmarekh, one of the greatest fighting families and most feared in all of the federation.

The group of some 1,200 revolutionaries stay with in the city, armed and spread out for the rest of the day as the a group of some 800 people unarmed yet involved in the protest moniter guard movements.

Rumor has it that the Premiership is Kafekh's at 2300 hours this evening.
