Capsule Corp considering Mk III Kryptonite for sale

The Capsule Corporation, after the great success they've seen in the Mk III Kryptonite-Class cruiser, is considering the mass-production of this ship for international sale. They note that it might not be the exact same, and could possibly be a Mk. IV, with slightly less power, and just about half the cost.

Current stats on the Mk III Kryptonite:
Stats on the typical ZDF Mk. III Kryptonite Cruiser:

Length: 804 meters
Crew: 211 Crew, 327 Mechanics, 245 Pilots, up to 2500 Marines, 25 droids, and 3 central AI, one for mechanical, one for weaponry, and one for information.
Powerplant: Chlorophusion control chamber
FTL Drives: Capsule Mk II Cascading Hyperspace Fold Drive (also works as Hyperdrive OR fold drive)
Docking Capabilities: 144 Fighters, 72 Mecha, 36 Gunships, 2 Corvettes, 2 Frigates.

Cargo Capacity: Fighter bays can be converted with ease.
Weapons: This ship is built around the Farad System... as you can see from the twin hulls. Other weapons include 14 Mk II Rail Cannons (100km/s x100kg) (12 Forward, 2 Aft), 82 Turret-Mounted Farad Beam Cannons, 5 Forward Torpedo Tubes, 2 Aft Torpedo Tubes, 6 Medium Farad Cannons (Forward firing), and some hundred close-defense plasma-bolt cannon turrets.
Defenses: A very thick Liquidmetal^2 armor, a Xanthal Type VII Shield, and of course, the powerful Farad system.
Atmosphere Capable: Yes. Landing Capable: Yes.

The current Mk III manufactures at a cost around 500 Billion dollars.
