i am announcing the construction of nuclear weapons and the modernisation of my air force to prevent any outside threat from taking advantage of my weakened state at present. In conjunction with this I am announcing the construction of the worlds largest battleship which will be called HMS hood technical specs are at present deemed Most Secret however the battleship will be 1.7 miles long, .5 mile wide and 1km in height.
