The archbishop has announced the Govornor of San Marino, a holding of Cherry Ridge. He is Father Thomas Scott. He reports directly to the archbishop. He also anounced the Governor of St. Francis Island. he is Father Michael O'Grady. The governor general of the maineland of Cherry Ridge is Monsignor Peter Boylan. They all report to the archbishop. The archbishop can overule everything hey do. They do not take away from his power.
