The Emperor of Neo Zhonghua wishes to improve the diplomatic relations with Palestinian. Some sub-relations as economic, cultural, technological,
and military sub-relations can be made with Palestinian as well. Palestinian is allowed to establish its embassy and consulates in the Neo Zhonghuan capital. Palestinian is also allowed to establish its forward military base and some of its forces in the Neo Zhonghuan territory. Further, the Emperor of Neo Zhonghua also wishes to sign a treaty of alliance with Palestinian, in hope that both nations can stand strong together in facing any potential threats in the future.

Well, since our military isnt that well developed, because our nation is just newly formed.

So we would like to purchase 2 millions Kalashnikov rifles from all variants. We would also like to purchase main battle tanks and armored personal carriers from Neo Zhonghua Empire, to strengthened our military. Thanks for the attention.
