As our nation has only enough funds to field 500,000 infantry armed with 500,000 AK 47's, we are unable to afford even simple transportation for our troops let alone battle tanks, ships, or even aircraft.
Our surplus military budget is little more than 17 billion.
We fear we will not be able to withstand even a minor invasion therefore, in addition to membership in the Whittier Pact, we are seeking additional allies to help defend our nation.

Muktar is very big on mercenaries, and could prove a potent ally to your nation.

We used to be a regional power, but as many of you know, our former communist hardline govt. started wars with everyone that resulted in disaster for our nation.
Now the weapons that were left after years of Whittier and coalition occupation, are now useless peices of scrap metal that don't work.
