Today the minister for defence revealed the Holy Empires latest piece of technology Celdar, it has also been revealed that the Empire has had this for some time.

"Ladies and gentlemen a joint venture between the Fallen System and the Holy Region has resulted in our borders being ever safer. Celdar is a new system that allows us to detect even the most advanced stealth technology. Stations have been set up on reote outposts to allow us to have our entire region covered. The system is also about to be fitted to the empires ships, it allows us to detect minute movement to the point of periscopes on the surface. At the moment we are not revealing how it works but you will find out more soon"

The great Emporer asks of you: "How much will you sell it for? If you will sell it I put in a bid of 10 million."

it is not for sale, for a nation of your size that is hardly an exceptable sum

well too bad about it not being for sale . . . but that was just a starting bid.

We can reveal that the system uses passive mobile phone waves in order to detect objects.

OOC: before you start screaming thats not possible, listen to the facts. All planes, no matter how stealthy, interrupt the signal from mobile networks. By adapting this information we can detect which planes are freindly or not and by comparing it to radar which ones are stealthy. Accoustic stations are also used to listen out for the planes to further pinpoint their location. This system has been adapted to be used by our AWACS and on our costs.

The nationstate of Zwaza hails Celldar as a much needed installment for regional defenses. With the applause, the Zwazan Interim Government would like to discuss funding plans for the project development. If the assistance of Zwazan Engineers, or a Development Aid package is needed then it shall be provided.

The Grand Duchy of Hamptonshire is very interested in this technology. We are ready to devote money, resources, and manpower to the development of this technology, and hopefully the deployment to Hamptonian shores.

Celldar is already an older technology in the Empire. We've had forms of it since the Second Imperial-Bisonic War.

OOC/ Sorry to be a bubble buster, but this looks to be opentech RL stuff.

You cannot simply grab a cool concept off the web and then copywrite it. At least make your own pics for it!

Oh, and if you can, I copywrite all forms of radar, as I am the first person to do so in this game. /OOC

as far as i knew no one else had this system, yes i got the idea from the internet but must poeple militaryts are based on things they find out about from the internet. In the eyes of the NS world they RL world doesn't exist and i am copyrighting a specific technology
