Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi called an immediate emergency call to all members of the House Of Citizens to discuss the possible deployment of their armed forces to aid the the Hamptonshiran Government and heed their call for war against the terrorist state of Soigacus. As the government members quickly took their seats, Takashi raised from his chair to the Council Podeum to address the House.

"*bashes his fist onto the podeum* Order! Order! This Emergency House meeting is offically in session. I'm sorry to wake you ladies and gentlemen at such a late time, but i doubt from the reports you heard that you would argue that this meeting is at the upmost importance to us and our contribution to the security of the free world. As of you already know the Hamptonshiran Government was been viciously attacked by what now appears to be Soigacus Terrorists! Their government is completely in shambles as most of their royal members and government officials were killed in a terrorist bombing, right now they're in a state of martial law and have just recently placed a declearation of war against the Rogue Nation of Soiagus"

An Emergency Session of the House Of Citizens. March 19, 2004

Earlier this afternoon after much debate in the House of Citizens, the House officially activated the war measures act placing all citizens under effective armed force reserve duty if required, and effectively declaring war against the Rogue Nation of Sogaicus.

Right after the the announcement Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi and his Chiefs Of Staff made preparations for the deployment of 20,000 Airmen, Infantry and Terra Pacifican Sailors into the Hamtonshiran Region to help support their armed forces and combat the Sogaicus Terrorist Threat. Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi was not avaliable for comment nor were his senior military advisors after the ratified declearation.

Already now! Two hours after the official announcement the 1st National Fleet is being deployed and on route to the Island State of Hamptonshire, Defence Minister Jiko Nawagari was present to send off several naval, army and air officers to their respectful units for deployment, and to bid these fine officers and enlistedmen a good fare well in a special fare well ceremony.

Terra Pacifican 1st Republican Guard (2nd Battalion) on parade for muster for deployment.

Jarridia will plan to aide Hamptonshire in their attacks. However, the forces against this small nation are exorbent. I see no reason for us to join at present. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will however use out existing troops in Hamptonshire (see other post) as help for them to deter any possible invading force.

Terra Pacifica- We embrace our brothers in war. Your forces may journey with us as we prepare to invade Sogaicus.

The Republic of Tyrandis stands with you. Our Senate has authorized the immediate deployment of the 3rd Infantry Corps, the 8th and 26th Armor Divisions, and the 65th Airborne. We also request use of your airfields, so that we may field the 47th Bomber Wing and the 563rd Combat Wing.

Our troops are currently on standby, and will begin deployment upon permission of the Acting Regent.

Carrier Groups Alpha and Beta have deployed 100km off the coast and immediately have begun launching sorties. 90 F-14s, 120 F/A-18s, EF-18Fs, E-2Cs, and Vikings have all launched attacks in the area of Infamus Bay.

The Coastal Bombardment Group is moving closer, readying to attack and deploy the Marine Rapid Deployement Forces in the area of Infamus Bay.

Battle Group 1 is providing protection for the Coastal Bombardment Group as well as providing missile barriages on Infamus Bay.

Our Royal Army forces are staging for deployment to any bridgehead we develop. The 1st Airborne Division is also in the air en-route to their landing zones.
