I am starting to build my military up from the ground up. The weapons my military is using right now are outdated and defective.

I would like to concentrate on my army, with navy coming next ( mainly carriers, and submarines, and then an airforce. My nations current military budget is 80 billion hams which equals roughly 40 billion dollars.

I would like for army I am looking for armored vehicles (apcs, tanks, ect) and small arms. I am also looking for some special ops gear.

for my navy, as I stated before, I am mainly interested in carriers, with aircraft, and submarines, but I might buy some destroyers or battleships.
