*Louisiana Public Broadcasting begins reporting*
A new program began by a joining of Communist Louisiana's Defense Department headed by Commissar Gaspard and Head of Technology & Information Department headed by Commissar Quinn has been finally worked out today sources tell us.
Two thousand of Louisiana's finest minds have enrolled in the 2 year program. This program will teach these brilliant men how to hack and secure on computers. Peoples Defense Commissar (Gen. Gaspard) has told us "This is a great stride forward into the future. Not only will we be able to wage war by land, air, & sea, but we will be able to hit them hard through computers. This means freezing of some international transactions, spying on transmission via online, accessing enemy files and programs to get updated information on troop movements and more. Communist Louisiana has invested millions into this program. Also their maybe a chance that Communist Louisiana will train some of its allies and closer comrades in this. This is a great day for Communist Louisiana."
Reporting live from Shreveport, Communist Louisiana; this is reporter Derek Williams signing off.
