Gueten Tag. As we all know, the FSS Bismarck is the apitomy of all our technology and industry. Our people spent years building the 20-mile long star ship. However, due to an economic recession and downsizing of the military, we cannot crew it with the neccesary 800,000 men and women to operate it. So, the FSS Bismark will be decommisioned until such time as our Federation can support it and others of its kind. Good day, and may God bless the Federation.
