The Democratic Republic Of Terra Pacifica is large chain of islands located in the so called "Ring of Fire" deep in the Pacific Ocean formed by a confederation from seven former nations to unite their political and social values into one united oceanian society. Due to the overwhelming crisis occurring around the world, the people of Terra Pacifica have shown the desire for a larger military force to inforce and defend Terra Pacifian values and interests, and to thrawt off any aggressors..

Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi and his URP (United Republican Party) majority have recently released this year's budget. Leaving increases in the budget of the Terra Pacifican Armed Forces (from 50 Billion to 75 Billion Dollars) emphasizing on a modernized naval element and air element. This Government have placed an open call on all defence manufacturers (Naval and Air Force equipment, more interested) and will begin bidding asap.

Sorry, i'm looking for brand new equipment for our armed forces, not second handed. We're looking to established a brand new fleet or modernized warships, with good equipment while looking at budget restraits.

Our equipment is not second handed and our whale-class ships are state of the art.

Well right now we'll wait and see if there's more potential buyers for our contracts and if anyone else can offer some more long range high tech naval equipment, as we look to expand away from our borders and take part in more global operations. We're not too overly interested in short range air craft, light tanks or support ships right now, were thinking more in the range of heavy air support craft, missle frigates and destroyers and a larger helo and possible a carrier group if budget premits.
