In a press release, Lance Miller gave this explaination to the strange personality-less soldiers wandering his streets:



"They are known as EB700's or commonly refered to as artificial intelligence, or for a shorter term, robots. They have one purpose, and that's to destroy any enemy which crosses our path. They look human, feel human, and smell human but they are 100% robotic. Their strength is over 200 times a normal man's and only one of them can kill an entire city block in less than two minutes. Do not provoke these soldiers, they are here on stand-by just in case a neighboring conflict turns ugly. Thank you."

You are waaay too young to have tech at that level. Claiming you had nukes at your age would be considered Godmoding. That is, unless you are a future tech nation or higher, in which case the affairs of modern to near future tech nations do not concern you.

These weapons have been in creative stages for quite some time, yes I am young as far as coming out openly to the world ;)

OOC: Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just get a nice factory, reproduce these suckers over and over again add the little brains which are programmed and ship them, like mini-computers in a body. Take about six months at most.

OOC: If you say so. Just don't be surprised if any nation you use them against tells you that you can't have them.

OOC: I'll come up with something compromistic later, just having these for storyline's sake.
