To My Friends of the United Nations,
Now that the rebellion has been crushed, and order has been restored we are issuing a proclaimation stating that we are opening our doors to friendship from Democratic nations with peaceful intentions in hopes of opening embassy's on the other's homeland. I extend my hand here and now for friendship to any one willing to give it.
