whittier is sending in the marines to Ankarapithicine to provide security for its diplomatic staff in the nation as they and Whittier citizens are evacuated from nation run by a crazed selfdeifying madman.

Understandable. Point is, you cannot post the losses of one of your actions unless the losses are your people. You can't just say 'no losses' when you are attacked, either. Keep it real.

The assassins are equipped all sorts of weapons and defenses. Each carries three of the following, in any combination:

Sniper Rifle
Silenced Pistol
AK-47
Crossbow
Tazer
Katana
Steroid Overdose

They also have two of the following, any combination:

Cooling Pads
Body Armor
Grappling Hook
Jump Booster Boots
Self-Detonation Unit

I sent this to Ankarapithicia as conditions for me to recall my bombers.

All those nations whose embassies you raided and such shall be reparated because of your actions. You will cease all hostilities against embassies. If you wish nations to leave them you will do so peacefully and allow them to evacuate their people without incident. Reparations should be set by those that you have harmed.

You must allow us to provide your people with international aid and cease all attacks on foreigners in your nation.
