At 0917, Wednesday, March 17, 2004, a group of religious fanatics who practice human sacrifice and preach of segregation of the sexes captured a minor military base on an island southwest of the West Pacific mainland. These religious fanatics had been exiled from West Pacific the week before and we had been in the process of removing them by force. It is believed that this island was the headquarters of the religious group and many soldiers and sailors on the base were members. This goup of fanatics calling themselves "The Lord's Desciples" have captured the following equipment:

37 F-22 Raptors
7 Apaches
56 M1A1 Abrams
98 Bradley Fighting Vehicles
1 Kidd Class DD
8 Gunboats
1 Kilo Class Submarine
8 sam launchers

It is believed that their numbers are over 10,000 men and women strong. The West Pacific Navy is mobilising to surround the island and the AirForce will start bombing the island soon. The Marines are currently training for an assault on this island on a nearvy island very similar. This island has a city of 15,000 on it, most of whom are suppoters to this religious group. This island has cliffs on its north, east and west coasts, the southern coast is covered in marches, any assault on this island will be difficult and will result in heavy casualties.

The West Pacific AriForce is considering the use of carpet bombing to force the Rebels into submission. We would then perform an amphibious assault by our Marines to take back the island, the Navy has already started bombarding the base with the large guns of the Battleships Anziack and Winston the III. The F-22's are in a protective bunker and can take thousands of hits from the shells of the big guns so unfortunately those will still be protected, the Sam sites have been hit but not destroyed, the Gun boats have all been Sunk and the Destroyer Rhinehurst has been damaged badly, the Kilo class Sub is unaccounted for. Any help from foreign nations will be greatly appreciated.

The rebel base has been bombed by the West Pacifc Air Force. It is believed that all of the planes were destroyed when bunker busters were dropped on the hangars. The bunker was leveled and thousands of rebels are believed to be dead. The Marines successfullly landed on the beach on the Southwest coast with little resistance, it is believed that thousands of these religious fanatics are willing to kill themselves then be forced into exile, the reason for their refusal to leave is unknown, our pshycologists and religious experts think it has something to do with the fact that they meet in a certain area in one of our national forests everyweek and consider it a holy place. The resistance is expected to get more severe once we reach the city, and heavier yet once they reach the base.

Muktar is willing to sell West Pacific the services of Askari, Zhalfirin, or Dauthi mercenaries to assist against the fanatics. The Askari are guerillas with AK-47s and MRLs. The Zhalfirin are shock troops with specialized automatic rifles with rifle grenades and bayonets. The Dauthi are inexpensive sociopaths with melee weapons, bulletproof armor, and motorcycles. All are for hire.
