LET IT BE KNOWN that on this 17th day of March, In The Year of Our Lord 2004, that The People's Republic of The Ringing Phone formally declares WAR against The Anarchy of Anarcho-Anarctica.
This war declaration has been brought on by hostile actions by Anarcho-Anarctica (herein referred to as AA). AA ejected two nations that are friendly with The Ringing Phone from his region, The Realm of Egalitarian Dragons, in an act that is CLEARLY griefing. AA also defies the basic element that rules the world - government. The nation is NOT safe, as there is anarchy, and order must be brought about.
