The Empire of Kamia is open for diplomatic relations. We will be more than willing to welcome in new allies and friends. We ask that you first research our nation, and our region, which we have total control over. While we may be still young and developing, we are an advance people, and have several other worthwhile benefits.
All leaders interested in forming an alliance, send a telegram, stating your reasons and such, as well as your AIM or AOL instant messenging screen name. That way, we can discuss terms at a far quicker pace. Additionally, we are more than willing to let nations move into our region.
