OOC: Editted to broaden more nations into joining the pact

TV5 News: Earlier this morning, Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi made a purposal to all nations currently residing in the Asian-Pacific or Oceanian Region to sign a security pact with the Armed Republic Of Terra Pacifica, a relatively young nation located in the so called "ring of fire" in the pacific ocean, which was formed from in a confederation from 7 other smaller nations after growing tensions from terrorists threats in Indonesia, aggressors and mutual agreement politically to repool their resources together.
This purposal demands that all agreeing nations begin to share all resources and aid within members to create a stable pact and too poll military powers into combating terrorist threats. When reached for comment Takashi released this statement in the House Of Citizens in Terra Pacifica's Capital City/Capital Island, Hukwani.
"After previous events taking place in the last year concerning growing rates of Terrorism and Tensions from agressive states, I purpose to all freedom loving states to bind up and create a forceful pact to share our military resources in fighting against terrorism in all forms, and to care for any family state in this pact when it comes to poverty, healthcare or the economy. With this pact we can create a new identity for all Asian, Pacific and Oceania Nations, a united identity, a strong identity...a Eastern Identity"
This is just another new set of economic and political reforms set from Prime Minister Alan Ryo Takashi after the joining into the Armed Republic Of Terra Pacifica in an attempt to grow a large sense of recgonition in the international community in the world and moving away from the old isolationist ways just a few months ago from the Liberal Socialist now voted out of power after the 2004 Elections and Referedum.
