Seeking Uranium, steel

The Empire of Artanias is seeking a significant amount of Uranium, at least one truckload, for experimental uses. The specific intents of this is the Empire's busniness, but we do not intend to use this for war or agressive purposes. We have a strong economy, and seek a reasonable price. We also seek 150 tons of steel.

The Goblin-Kingdom of Half-Moon will gladly aide you in the mining of these ores, and the education of your people in their extraction. We will require items such as radiation suites if you intend to use them to mine radioactive metals.
The going rate is ten dollars per working hour per Goblin for mining, fifteen if they are expected to educate.
This plus expenses (minus the cost of whatever you provide) will be our fee.
Expenses would be things like tool wear/breakage/repair, explosives, payment for lives lost, etc. However, due to an interesting physiology note, resperators will not be needed.
If you can provide this FOR us we will wave the cost.
So, for ten bucks an hour you get some of the finest miners known to the world.

The empire is not seeking to mine Uranium, but to purchase it. We do contain Uranium mines, but we are not able to spend the required time to mine and refine it at this time. At a later time, we will extend an offer for mining contracts to nations interested, but right now, we seek a shipment of ready-to-use Uranium, as well as steel.

Why use uranium? Matter-Antimatter reactions are much more efficient. We can supply you with technical drawings of this technology. It will be much less exspensive than purchasing uranium. Matter and Antimatter are virtually unexpendable.

The CPRD offers steel for export at an exceptionally low US$220 per ton, although its capacity to ship the end product in large quantity is limited.

The Republic is quite willing to negotiate a deal for almost any amount of steel.

(Of course any state or body that carries out even fairly basic checks will probably have questions over the quality of most Drapoel steel, which is produced by unskilled or semi-skilled workers in local collectives, and usually in furnaces unfit for the job. But hey, it's cheap! And difficult to prove exactly how it was produced, since the nation is so highly isolationist that anyone trying to inspect the facilities would get a tour of a relatively modern plant in one of the few cities.)

our intended uses require uranium, so we must use it. As for steel, a deal is being worked out as we speak.

Jasotamia has recently come across uranium and is willing to sell for a decent offer.

The Empire of Artanias will offer you a price for uranium of US$60/lb, and seeks 1000 pounds, for a price $60,000.

I never meant for you to mine it. We will mine it and trade with you.
