Greetings gentlemen.

I have called you all here so that we may finally come to a peace between those of us in Crossman Prime and the nation of Mattemis. We have fought our little cold war long enough. Now that it is over it is time that we make an official peace between us and Mattemis.

RULES FOR THIS SUMMIT
1) No Arguing!!!
2) No Name Calling!!!
3) Conduct Yourself As A Civilized Human!!!

Also, since I was not present when the original disagreement between Cherry Ridge and Mattemis occured, I will serve as mediator for this summit. Though I am still a representative for Crossman Prime since I was around for our Cold War.

I believe that should cover it.

Now let us begin.

There is no need for there to be hostilities between Mattemis and Crossman Prime, especially when they were sprouted from something as childish as using a person's title.
Archbishop DeVito of Cherry Ridge is refered to as "His Grace" or "Your Grace", but I as long as I am sovereign of Crossman Prime, it is not mandatory to refer to the Archbishop as anything other than Archbishop. Refering to him as "Your Grace" or "His Grace" should be out of repect, not neccessity.

I now open the floor for discussion.

Mattemis, the very fact that would not be moved on the issue of calling Arcbishop DeVito "Your Grace" is what annoyed and upset the nations of Crossman Prime. It is out of respect that he be called that, nothing more. The only misunderstanding here is from you. We requested you call the Archbishop by his correct title, you took umbridge and left. It was as simple as that. To have you come into our region and start insulting our Archbishop was not going to be tolerated. You were asked to apologise to His Grace and yet you refused and retorted by name calling. Very childish, I think you will agree!

I have been dismayed at the speed in which this 'incident' has escalated. You left our region after threatening us. Did you not expect some form of defensive measure from us? We are not going to sit idley by whilst you threaten us. We do have many large allies outside of CP and we are more than capable of looking after ourselves, should the need arise.

That aside, it would appear that an uneasy peace has occurred between us. I say uneasy because just a few days ago you wanted to have certain nations within the region destroyed, mine included.

No one is happier than I that war has been averted. War between us would have served no purpose at all. The question I have for you now is, what do you hope to gain from CP? I mean, we could have left things the way they were. War had been avoided. You could have gone your merry way and we ours and yet here you are, trying to make some kind of treaty. Forgive me for being suspicious but I would like to know exactly what you want from us

I'm all for the avoidance of war if possible and I am pleased that war is no longer imminent but the fact remains, whether you like it or not, this whole situation was brought about by YOU! You created the situation and we reacted to it, very reasonably, in my opinion. Now, if that seems unreasonable to you, then so be it.
If I had come to your region and started insulting one of your friends, then I had been told to stop but I continued, I wonder how you would have felt and how you would've dealt with it? And then to have you threaten the region before you left was bang out of order and way out of proportion. You have not taken kindly to being told/asked what to do and have reacted in a petulent manner. I have no quarrel with you (or anyone else for that matter) as long as our region is left in peace. We are very loyal to our region and will protect it by whatever means necessary.
While it true that your regions are larger than ours, rest assured, we can take care of ourselves.
I am laying all the cards on the table, so to speak, so that there can be no ambiguity.

1)First of all i was never ASKED, it was demanded, thats what got me made
2)Doesnt matter how many allies you have, by the time they got to your country it already be a crater, thats not arrogant its true. And Min² my ally that told you he would attack, couldnt want to more, along with all the other allies, but i have stoped them from turning you into a bloody pulp.
3) That "threat" I put into your region because it told my entire plan, but your "secret investigations" couldnt seem to find the connection so ill spell it out for you. Jesus said that(it in the bible) about Jersulm about 200 years before it was destroyed by the romans. The romans didnt attack them, they attacked the romans, and in there weaked state were completely destroyed by the romans. So the plan was to simple wait till you were off fighting someone else, then to strike hard and fast, but that no longer appeals to me. All the other threats you got werent from me, one of my allies thought it be a good idea to "scare you shitlessss", because they(allys) were very eager to attack you, they havent had a good attack in awhile.
4) reason for attacking you are 2. One I was, as much as youll deine it, told to call him "your grace", not asked, and then told and midldy attack(verbly) to call him "your grace". My second reson was you all seem pretty dence, so i thought i would be doing my civil duty to wipe you from the face of the earth.
5) I didnt attack because well accually i dont know it just didnt seem like the right thing to do. Also i like crossman and have nothing against him, it would be unfair to destroy his region becuase of someones elses folly.
6) I want peace because eva fans are few here, and it was the orginal idea just to join the region becaue no better one exhisted for eva fans. Plus desing evas and not being called a god mod is hard because no one knows eva at all. Just the fact that hes a eva fan is a good enought reason for allyship for me.
7) what i hope to gain is a eva ally, which means i cant destroy you now can I? You'll lucky it really pissed my allys off that we would attack you.
8) If you were to join my region and to insult my friends and to threaten my region, i would really care. You insult my friends isnt my bussiness, its there job to defend them self, not mine. That diatribe is your idea of peace is it? Well, I'm going to sleep better knowing that. Come on, are you really telling me that you're upset because we TOLD you to call the Arcbishop Your Grace? That has to be the most puerile reasons for wanting a war if ever there was one.

If your allies are upset, how is that I have upset them? I have only spoken to one of them, the leader of your region and that was to explain the situation you had with us and to avert any possible war.

Please bear in mind, this peace summit was not my idea. I have come along to clear the air not to make the situation worse. Whereas you seem hell bent on trying to get a rise out of me! If there is to be a peace between us then I would suggest that you calm down because your tone is aggressive and threatening again. We are supposed to be having discussion here, not a slanging match. You insulting me is of little consequence. If we are to move further long the peace line then you will have to learn to keep emotions out of it.

I'm well aware that you read our message board as you must be aware that we read yours. At no time have I mentioned a pre-emptive strike on your nation. I have NEVER mentioned the disabling of your allies. Please get your facts straight before you post them. The only action that I have wanted to take was in defence of our region. Now whether you choose to believe that or not is irrelevant but it is the truth. If you are the only thing between me and an empty crater then I am truly doomed.

*Altar server carrting cross followed by one carryng the Diocese's flag(the one with Mary my national one) then came 2 deacons then 5 priests offering incense. Then 2 nuns and 2 monks. Then the archbishop himself.He said [lease be seated. Then he took his seat himself.*
"k lets get on with it."

Cloud pushes on the bottom of his right wrist on his full silver halo suit. On the table next to him sit his helmet. From the top of his helmet he pull a pack of cigarettes, he pulls one out, crimples up the package throws it behind him. He quickly lights the cigarette and takes one good hit out of it, and then throws it behind him too. “Well…..”

At the same time in the air above the palace sits a ragnorack

“lets do this” it launches a EMP bomb out the back then speeds out of the shockwave range. The back hatch of the Ragnorack opens up and as one soldier holds a small steel bomb in one hand and a shotgun in the other. Another is watching the timer on his screen in his helmet “Now”, the soldier throws the bomb, a few moments later “Now” and the gun is thrown with an air altitude weight.

Back in the Palace
A low shockwave sound is heard, good thing there aren’t lights in the palace of it would just make this messier job because all the power just went out and all the electronics just got fried. Cloud puts on this helmet,
“now this summit gets a lot more interesting”, Cloud smiles under his helmet, a arrogant pure joy smile. This indeed would be fun

Hundreds of Ragnorack rain from the sky, dropping thousands of soldiers on to the palace in mid-flight. Blood coats the walls of the palace. Blood of the Crossman and of the few unlucky soldiers who’s suit didn’t save them, they might have been bullet proof but they were rocket proof. The noise, not surprisingly, doesn’t draw a crowd, there already in pandemonium from the power outage and the hundred of thousands of green suited soldiers invading there city. There was no escape for them, the army had moved from the outside in, and trying to fight them was a joke. All the military vehicles in the city wouldn’t move, and the computer were fried, all communications were down, and bullets short of a sniper rifle’s were completely ineffective and destroying the soldiers. The battle for the city was one sided, it didn’t take long for the green flood to accomplish its task.

A small explosion in the ceiling erupts right above cloud in the palace, as a shotgun drops from the ceiling, the weight has already drops off and is sitting on the table in front of cloud as he grabs the barrel of the shotgun in his left hand and then throws it over to his right and starts to blast holes in the incoming guards as the unsuccessfully try to shoot him through his now blood red halo suit.

Mattemis soldier rush into the meeting room, taking care of Clouds unfinished business. A natural red halo suited soldier rushes forward to Cloud “place is 90% secured, the Jer”, A procession of 3 feet tall soldiers come walking toward Cloud. “Great the circus is back in town”
“I’m going to kill you one day” say one of the soldiers
“get in line, where’s the report, and where’s the hell is my new suit this one completely fried”
“right here, you simple minded human, and your suits not my problem, we don’t need such things” hands Cloud two sheets of paper “You know how hard it was to find a printer in our country?, your so primitive”
“What do you want me to do move UP to your level. Good report,” Facing the now hostage great leader that are now his hostages “90% of all military forced destroyed, ALL communications neutralized, and 4 of 5 perimeters set up, you guys aren’t going anywhere for awhile” he reaches over to one of his soldiers that hands him a small bar “want a snickers?” we throws it onto the table

By now all the soldiers have completely secured the area and lined up 2 deep around the hall. No one was getting in or out
The fifth perimeter of tanks and mobile walls was final finished. Getting through them would take an army, which would never come.

Now the finishing touch was being put on. All the skyscrapers were being set up with hologram antennas as was the fifth perimeter, so the city would disappear. As a back up large smoke bombs were being placed all over the city in case of failure of the hologram, the city would be impossible to take.
“what do I hope to gain from this peace you asked? I don’t know well so find out, but I’m sure as hell not expecting anything, other that some self-satisfaction. You don’t mess with me and expect to come out without scars, there’s no reason to kill you, yet”

A blue suited soldier comes running up to cloud and hands him a small box
“and now a magic trick” he presses the button “ and the city’s gone” The great city all in a flash is gone, and replaced by the same city, except hell hadn’t broken out in the illusion, everything was normal. All of the Ragnoracks disappeared, some flying through the hologram, other high in the sky to keep watch over the city. Anyone who attempted to get into the city would never make it, and the charred remains of there attempts would be dragged under the illusion of a peaceful city.

Outside inside of a ragnorack, the first thing Cloud does is place a call to GnOoLoCoPeLep, its 6:54, "Did you ever doubt........"

Cloud returns 30mns later in a new suit, and 3 more blue suited soldiers carrying computers.
“so where were we again gentlemen?, I just had to make sure no one thinks that anything is wrong, had to make up some communication errors and copy some other programs to make everything appear normal ”

The New Jyrian soldiers had touched down nearly immediately after the EMP detonated. Their dropships were hidden just out of range of the device. Now they patrolled the palace, alongside the considerably taller Mattemis soldiers. President Fryn would have passed as a normal NJ soldier, but he was slightly higher than his comrades and had, of course, gold fur, in contrast to the blue of the general populace.

For some reason Golds posess greater telekinetic abilities than Blues, and Silvers for that matter. He levitated his MP-5 gun close to him as he walked to Cloud.

"Cum bonam fortunam et bellum delectas." (You are pleased with good fortune and war)

"I don't need a headache from your stupid language, speak English!"

"Mission seems successful. Our other allies should be with us soon."

In a large castle that sat atop a mountain overlooking the city of Selmoenia: The leaders of Gnoolocopelep and her territories had always lived in that castle. Ever had they viewed their subjects from that towering mountaintop. Ever had they watched them, pondering what was best for the nation. Cardinal Finbarr Methodius Murphy stood now looking out over the city of Selmoenia. He stood looking east through a huge window. Sunlight danced through the stained edges of the windows and cast a beatiful array of colors against the stone wall behind him. The sun was sinking behind the mountains that lined the coast of Crater Bay across the Channel of Curklee. The view from that window really was amazing and Finbarr greatly enjoyed when he could find the time to come here.
He looked down at Selmoenia, the capital city of the country he was supposed to protect.
"They have no idea how close to war they are being brought." he said. "Perhaps it's better that way."
He turned from the window and strode down a long hallway. He stopped to check a clock that was hung from the hall. Strange, he thought, how it belied the Medieval setting in which it was housed. The clock hands indicated that it was 6:25 PM. "It should be done by now. I wonder if it was successful. I hope to God it was."

I wasn't really in favor of this attack but it seems that the majority ruled.

And i can call casualties, no one else can your all hostages at the palace and no one knows about the attack, and the 500,000 thousand soldiers are occuping the city; plus the jyrian soldiers. Neutraling the city would be very easy for my soldiers in such number, there killing anyone with a weapon and there pretty much bullet proof(well if you keep shooting them in the same spot eventually its gonna break, but its not like there just standing there), so killing them is pretty hard in a urban enviroment. Urban enviroments are there speciality.

blue soldier: another million soldiers have sucessufully been dropped into the city.
blue soldier 2: the power generator have been setup we will be able to restore power to the city as soon as we set up the disruption fields so no messages can get out, we've destroyed most of the long range communciation devices, but we know how you like to be sure.
blue soldier 3: there were 11,372 casualties
cloud: What!, christ were gettign sloppy, how is that possible? did they destroy some of the ragnoracks?
blue soldier: yes one, which crashed into another, which then crahed into soldiers.
cloud: well thats not too bad, inform midgar so they can create more suits, send them the gold for them with the order. And get them two ragnorack skeletons so they can put the armor on them, I dont want our reserves touched.

Cloud strode down the vaulted hallways of the Crossman Presidential Palace. His heavy footfalls resounded through the empty space. If he was one to amuse himself with such trivial things he would've shouted just to hear the echoes.
When he was sure he was alone he stopped and tuned his radio to reach the New Hibernian Continent and more specifically, the private frequency of Cardinal Murphy. Cloud spoke, "Hello, this is Emperor Cloud, I'm attempting to reach Cardinal Murphy."
A female voice answered, obviously his secretary, "Yes, sir. He's in his office."
There was silence for a few seconds before the brogue accented voice of the Cardinal came into Cloud's helmet.
"Cloud?" The Cardinal asked.
"Yeah." he replied.
"I thought we were supposed too keep communications outside the city as minimal as possible." The Cardinal said.
"Yeah, well there aren't suppose to be any acually, but I'm fairly curious as to whether you're actually planning on helping us out?" Cloud asked.
"The deal is that I'm not all that inclined to strike against nations who have done nothing to me but insult one of my allies. Is war really necessary? You're being overly-sensitive." The Cardinal said.
"What happened to the Gnoolocopelep of old? The one we fought wars against? Where's the proud race that would do anything to defend themselves and their allies? Ever since you people opted to kick the Xaphanans out for the damned theocracy you've turned into a bunch of spineless bastards who do nothing but sit on your asses and pray to some father-figure in the sky who shakes a finger at you from two-thousand years ago." Cloud said.
"HOW DARE YOU! This conversation is ended. Good luck getting any help from us." The cardinal said, ending the transmission.
Cloud smiled and strode back down the hallway to where the hostages were being held. As he walked, he thought to himself,
"He'll help. He has no choice, really. It's either that or wait for us to be defeated and the fight comes to him when he's alone and without allies." he smirked "plus I'll send him a fruit basket"

I wasn't really in favor of this attack but it seems that the majority ruled.

OOC: Mattemis and I have agreed that we are ending this whole thing now and will worry about reconciling all your differences at a later date. Right now we all seem to be to heated up to talk. So we'll just act as if it never happened.

"Well it looks like the partys over" cloud sighs "it was fun". The hologram comes down, the smoke bombs are picked up, the equptment is packed up, the tanks picked up, the walls brought down, the soldier loaded onto ragnoracks which all leave like a swarm.

"ill be seeing ya" A ragnorack crashes through the palace wall, cloud brings his hand to his head and sighs "I guess Ill be paying for that" he turns and starts to walk slowly to the hovering ragnorack, he suddenly stops and turns on his heals " O and Bimmer" he pulls out a hand guns and shoots Bimmer in the leg with a plastic bullet "Merry Christmas", Cloud gets onto the ragnorack which starts to take off, "we should do this again sometime it was fun", and with that hes gone, as is everyone who was occuping the city

Out side the palace sits a 2 ton pile of sparkling gold, on the top was a gold stactue of Bimmer cluching his leg.
