Revistan wishes to announce it's recent occupation of the newly descovered 10th Planet, Sedna, our rockets have landed and collonisation has begun, we are willing to share some of the new land with any other space capable nations, Revistan is new to space travel and this is the first step and landing we have made out of earth. We back up Revistan's Claims. Any who wish to dispute Revistan's Claim to Sedna will have to negiotiate with us aswell.
Though we have little space technology(just a few satellites) we have Prototype AI units capable of Operating in Vacuum enviroments, and i'm sure our allies will be kind enough to allow us to send these units into space if necessary.

OOC: Mm hm... and your announcement of intent, mission planning, launch, travel time...? I see none. A nation "new to space travel" could not possibly have taken up a mission of that magnitude. Even on an Orion ship, it would take over a year to get to Sedna. Using chemical rockets, you're talkin' decades.

The Holy Empire of Crossman wishes to establish a small outpost on Sedna. We don't want to colonize, just place a small outpost to serve as a refueling station for our ships en route in and out of the solar system.
The ICS Marco Polo has been dispatched to begin construction of the outpost.
