The Community of Mafikeng calls on all nations to take immediate action against Octavian II following the appalling genocide within her territories. The Government of the Community has already placed a trading embargo on all exports and imports to and from the oppressed nation.
Furthermore,we call for the support of all countries for the international occuaption being led by The Imperial Navy,be it economic,military or merely by opening ports and airstrips to the forces of the coalition.
We must stand together against these heinous crimes.

The priminister was sitting at his desk looking across at a picture of easy greens flag ship intrepid on the wall whrn the phone rang.
"Hello president speaking"
"Good afternoon john its general Roberts here how are you?"
"Afternoon sam im ok thanks how are you and the family?"
"Fine thanks john, we've just had reports from mafikeng that octavian II has been commiting genocide, we thought you better know incase you think we should take action"
"Holy christ do we know how far they have gone?"
"Not yet were waiting to hear from mafikeng for more information"
"I know its not our place to act on another nations ideals but we have no other option here. mobilze the armed forces soon as we have more info i will decide what to do, oh and set up an emergancy crisis meeting so we can look at this in more detail."

In regards to the requests for information on the genocidal nature of the Octavian Government,The Government of Mafikeng today issued the following statement:
"This morning, word reached us that the government of Octavian II had begun to murder all non nationals on its territory. Further investigation and information gathering found this to be true. Accordingly we requested that Parliament pass a resolution voting for punitive action to be taken against those who had committed such atrocities. Such approval was given and,in accordance with the Emergancy Powers Act,we have implemented the following preliminary procedures:
(1) All trade between the Community of Mafikeng and Octavian II,is to be ceased by trade embargo
(2)All military installations,airstrips and ports within the Community are to be open to the armed forces of the nations participating in the military occuaption of Octavian II.
(3)That 2,000 peacekeepers shall be sent to Octavian II following the conflict to re establish peace and the rule of law.
Following this,we have appealed to all nations of the world to support us in this endeavour and will be tableing a draft resolution at the United Nations in the coming days,condemning the atrocities and recommending military intervention. We believe that the acts commited against foreign nationals constitute an act of aggression against their countries of origin.
We have commited ourselves to this enterprise,we can only hope others will join us."
