The recent public out cry of the governments failure to recognize the wants and so-called “needs” of the people has not fallen on deaf ears. We the government do hear you and we do listen, unfortunately we do not always care. It is for this reason that I, Phatch, life long leader and lord of the great Republic of Guitists declare the formation of two new agencies!
The Department of Any Way You Want It. Whose main function will be to gather, categorize and file all wants and “needs” of the people, and The Ministry of That's The Way You Need It. Whose function will be to check the validity and actuality of the requests and ultimately approve the granting of said request.
All requests must be filed on form AWp-47 for privet uses and on forms AWb-2 and AWb-91 for business use. Requests must be submitted before the 3rd of each month and will granted or dismissed within 6 months time. Those who feel their request has been wrongly denied may file an appeal with their local branch of the appropriate office. Fraudulent or frivolous requests are punishable by law, with fines up to $17 phatch and prison time of no more than 40 years.
