Ten days ago, The Colony of New Witzgall, fought for independence from the Dictatorship of Witzgall, their mother nation. The Dictator of Witzgall (called TDOW in this story from now on, and TCONW is The Colony of New Witzgall) refused to give independence to it's colony, which forced the citizens of TCONW into an outrage.
When Matthew III, dictator of Witzgall, heard about the cursing of him and the riots in his colony, he immediately sent 1,000 infantry to calm down the citizens. The soldiers were shot at from rogue men, and were forced to return home. When they arrived, Matthew III was outraged.
He ordered hostile actions against his colony, and was forced to send 750,000 infantrymen to stop these citizens.
He also sent around 25 MLRS's to siege towns with TCONW soldiers in them. The MLRS began attacking, starting with firing upon a major city from hills.

Also, he attacked cowardly from forests so that he did not risk attack against his forces.

2 hours after TCNOW promised to become loyal again and Matthew III pulled all forces from TCNOW, a nuclear submarine fired a SS-N-18 missile, which destroyed one of TDOW's offshore submarine ports.

Matthew III is furious with this. He has ordered the complete distruction of TCNOW's forts and barracks. He is using a chemical agent to soak the military areas, and then will have a bomber drop a small bomb, igniting the chemicals which will destroy the buildings instantly.

Matthew III is going to evacuate all buildings, as he does not want a genocidal war on his back.
