As you all can look at my population, I've been on NS for about a year now. A year tends to be a long time in NS time.

I'm offering either the sale of weapons or physically coming over to your region and helping in a military conflict. I'm a good help to noob nations that can't really do something themselves.

In other words, I'll be your cannon fodder in return for something. Money, weapons, troops, anything you can get your hands on and give to me.
