Fast and quietly, Benician Special Forces backed up by JSF escorts and naval barage captured the capital of neighbouring Ranibee Islands late last night.
While liberating the people of the opressive Ugadi regime, President Benicius III stated earlier this morning that Ranibee Islands will come under the protection of the Empire so as to ensure future regional security.
Like all vassal states of the Benician Empire, Ranibee Islands will be expected to pay annual tribute and provide men and arms for imperial expeditions.
The President will visit Ranibee City on a state tour later next month to reassert his committment to restoring peace to the region.
