And Im also looking to buy anti-air weapons and heavy radar systems.

I dont think you can afford that many....Tu-160s, C-5s, and B-52s are expensive due to their size. Instead, consider using the C-240 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=127367) as a cargo. It's not quite as large as the C-5, but it's in the class of a C-17 and features rough field capability, landing on forward airbases...it also travels at high speeds, and is cheaper than a C-5.

Don't worry about the bombers, and how do you plan on training your airforce? You need trainers.

Get some Hawks(the least expensive jet to operate, combat capable), buy some smaller and cheeper transports, smaller and cheeper fighters(like my F-33 Snipers, a MiG 29 varient) and no bombers. Bombers are of no real use to a small nation anyways, get strike planes instead.
