ANTI-TERROR group founded
To all whom this concerns:
The Republic of Homer Simpson1987 wishes to start a new anti-terrorism group. This will be a multi-national group headed by American CIA agent John Clark. It will start with 2 squads of 10. More squads will be added in time. Team 1 will be lead by Peter Covington, a Brit who has spent 20 years in the SAS. Ding Chavez will lead Team 2. He is an american CIA agent who spent 10 yeas in the army. The group will be called Rainbow Six.
All nations who want to end terrorism can join. We will admit your top specialist who you want to send. Some money contributions are needed.

Strange, I was gonna reply to this saying you should from an International Anti-Terror Group, just one thing. Don't entirely base it on R6.
Hey it is the 2nd greatest book ever written (only behind Red Storm Rising, also by Clancy) and the greatest game franchise.
IN character:
WE find that there are too many terrorists groups. These are experienced people and the model is proven effective.

I'll give you RSR that's great but in addition some great books are Harry Potter, Treason, the Left Behidn Series, and from what I am seeing the Da Vinci Code.

The Da Vinci Code is a GREAT book. There are many unexpected twists at the end...

Dobsinia, while untouched yet by terrorism, is disgusted when other nations need assistance, and get little. The Department of National Defense has offered one of its top operatives, Christian Sorenson. He will be sent unarmed. If it is possible, could the department he is assigned to equip him with a more advanced assault rifle. The neccesary forms and papers needed to be filled out will be with him.
He will get his choice of personal weapons that we supply
