You can't buy much than a few fighters for less than 2 bil.I'll give you several hundred tons of cardboard for 100,000 of your currency to be transformed into TM's.

its impossible to have anyform of fleet with 2 billion. A nimitz costs 4 billion to build. You should wait a week or two and then you can really build up your navy. Just concentrate on ground forces
