The Archduke of Moozimoo, Vincent Stouffer, has decided to allow foreign nations to establish embassies in the capital city of Angel Beach. Moozimoo will also establish an embassy in your capital city

Her Elegancy, the Grand Duchess of Luxornburg, wishes to open relations with your country. A domain within Luxorn's Embassy Row has been reserved for your ambassador.

Speaking on behalf of the Archduke and of all the citizens of the Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka, I would much like to extend the hand of friendship to Moozimoo.

As such, we would gladly welcome a representative of Moozimoo to set up an embassy in our capital city of Reisz. If you are to accept the only restrictions placed on this embassy are:
1) It shall not harbor any sort of large ordnance.
2) The total guard detail personnel must not exceed the number of 75.
3) No permanent weapon emplacement with a direct line of fire into territory not within the embassy will be erected within 100 feet of any street.

Please understand that in light of the recent terrorist attacks in many nations, we must enforce the above restrictions for the security of the GDMO state.

We request the eventual openning of full diplomatic relations. However, due to current terror attacks in our nation, at this time we feel only low level consular staff be traded. That is unless Moozimoo feels that the situation is safe enough for full diplomatic relations.
