Today, at 12:46pm local standard time, Federation Naval and Land forces based in the Caroline Islands mandate landed on numerous locations in the New Guinea/Solomon Islands sector, successfully subduing the New Guniean capital of Port Moresby as well as the islands of Bougainville, New Britain, New Ireland and the Admiralty Islands. Our forces undertook this action in response to civil unrest in these territories and their failure to deal with the problem of terrorist military groups operating within their borders, groups that threaten FESN economic and military interests. The FESN has decided to set up a suprivosory government for all of these territories until it has been determined that indiginous rule may be re-instated. In order to facilitate the governence the FESN's rapidly expanding Pacific territories, we've created the umbrella entity known as the South Seas Governmental District to bring order and productivity to our South Seas possesions.
Furthermore, the FESN is pleased to announce the creation of the Greater South Pacific Co-Prosperity Sphere (GSPCS) which will facilitate mutual economic and security benefits for the FESN and its Pacific territories. We would like to invite all interested independent states in the region to join the GSPCS; through our combined power we can bring order and prosperity to this great region. All member states will retain absolute sovereignty over their own affairs while reaping the benefits of residing within the Co-Prosperity Sphere. Finally, we wish to issue a warning to those that have attempted to thwart FESN interests in the region: everday our military force and overseas possesion grow larger, the FESN will not tolerate criminal this manner of criminal interference in its foreign affairs. We demand that all hostile actions against the Federation's rightful expansion in the region be suspended at once!
