Seeking Third Party Architects
Saliko is now Seeking Third Party Architects to design a new modern Capital as our own has become out dated, there is an unused area measuring 50 hectares squared (Approx 100 Miles) and it must allow easy access for large spacecraft. The Design fee you will receive is a tax free sum of £10 billion. And you will be able to use Saliko Builders to create it.

The reknowned Tomeni architect Renzo Devrano has expressed interest in this project. More detailed information is required before a final decision can be made though.
Well we would like a new modern city built, with areas designated for homes, buisness, harbour, and space craft port, other than that you have a free reign.

Lady D'wenko Marviarchi is best known for helping to construct the Davis Town Port Complex, which is currently oversees half of the shipping between the various islands of Luxornburg.
Are there any geological restraints? Mountain ridges, rivers, canyons? Also, what is the primary function of this city? Is it a garrison site, a trading city, cultural or political center, all of the above or something different yet? Most importantly, a list of facilities minimally required will be nessecary.
There are no mountains but there is a river running down the west side of the area.
