Accepted the new rule as a sign of things to come, such as a succesfull economy and better grounding on the world market.
President Aerson today announced that evry single nation within the cotninent of Africa, which was untill yesterday un-claimed by any outsiders, will be allowed to live freely. The nationals will be protected by The Pablicostan military as the land is now technicly one, and any profit made by a nation will remain within that nation. No tax will be payed to the Pablicostan government in excess of what is payed by any other Pablicostan citizens, and tax will not be taken at all for 18 months, to allow the African peoples to get accustomed with their now indeustrializind surroundings.
However, it was stated by the culture minister of Pablicosta that the native cltures of Africa will certainly not be sacrificed or abolished in any of the NIC, but Multi national Corporations will be allowed to move in and employ nationals of the Continent.

I checked all the nations I invaded in the RL Nation Claims thread, and the ones which were allready taken were left out. Anything not listed as claimed in that thread is not recognised by Pablicosta as a true claim to land.

This is kind of claiming that because an RL government doesn`t recognise a nation, said nation doesn`t exist. It´s simply... wrong.

Chellis (the author of that RL Nation Claims thread) has deliberately ignored some nations' claims of territory for reasons of his own. I roleplayed taking over several areas and posted the links, but he said they hadn't met his criteria and didn't include the claims. Other countries have also been ignored in this way, and Chellis also refuses to discuss his criteria for what to include.

All of this- plus the existence of at least 3 other threads with similar problems- makes basing this takeover on the RL Nation Claims thread problematic. Despite the existence of these types of threads, it would behoove you to post a question about any given area of the planet you are interested in and talk with the respondents (this is how I resolved the issue of Easter Island with South Pacific, for example).
