There is a round table with many chairs around it. On the table are varying foodstuffs. A smallish (5 foot 2) grey skinned creature sit's in the largest, most impressive chair.

A rushed Lapse ambassador rushes into his office
"Why the hell did you call me out this early in the morning?" he asks.
"Early?" replied the seratary for the Lapse embasssy
"Yes..." he starts and looks at his watch before trailing off
"Sir, its 11 am" replied the secratary
"Damn, so what did you want?"
"um, your mother has called again, asking whether you were brushgintg your teeth, your catf has been hit by a truck and Underwater asylum is holding a meeting you are supposed to be at"
"Damn, stupid cat should have stayed inside. call Underwater asylum ambassador and say ill be there in 10."
"Yes sir."
The Lapse ambassador rushed off to the Underwater asylum ambassadorial area
When he entered he took his place at the table, and started picking at the Cornchips in font of him waiting for the meeting to get started.

he smiles "Sorry if I look different to what you imagined. I need your support on a military action against the Blue Crow empire. We have already declared war. Oh, an my condolences about your cat"
