Good morning loyal servants of the gods! Another day we have shown submission, and another day the gods have deemed humanity’s continued existence acceptable! [Fervent cheers erupt from the crowd]
But we must everwilling to show our devotion, and on this note I introduce our annual bloodsports! For centuries have our traditions lasted and gods willing, they shall last for centuries more! [Cheers]
This day I come with a special announcement, that I invite outsiders from our fellow nations to join us in the games!
Likeminded countries of the world, here this! All are welcome to participate in the games, even to introduce bloodsports of their own. These sports must follow a single rule: victory brings glory and defeat brings death!
