No nuclear capability neccesary. They need to have a decent degree of accuracy/resistance to countermeasures and a range of at least 100 miles, with a warhead capable of penetrating 16 inches of armor. We require 60, as we are testing a "proof of concept" ship and it is cheaper for us to buy missiles to test with rather than crank up and do a production run on our own home-grown designs.
